The Vortex Vitality Method™ was created to fill the gap before people become patients.
It is not about diagnosis or cure. It is about prevention, vitality education, lifestyle design, nervous-system regulation, anti-inflammatory living, and rebuilding the daily conditions that allow the body to function, repair, regulate, and thrive.
Health is not something we should only think about after it begins to disappear. Health is something we practise.

A multidisciplinary foundation
Vicky brings together training in Level 6 Nutritional Therapy, holistic health coaching through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Yale University's Science of Well-Being, Cornell University nutrition programmes, Precision Nutrition, yoga, Pilates, breath coaching, hypnosis, NLP, QHHT, Emotion Code / Body Code, and energy-based modalities.
This wide lens allows her to look at vitality not as one habit, one supplement, one diet, or one exercise plan — but as an ecosystem.
She is qualified for the lane she is building. She is not trying to replace doctors. She is filling the gap before the clinic becomes necessary.
Wellness was always the wider lens
Before formally becoming a health coach, Vicky had already spent years exploring wellness through travel, journalism, design, hospitality, eco-tourism, sustainability, spas, skin and body treatments, food culture, restorative environments, and the relationship between human health and planetary health.
As a lifestyle and travel journalist, she wrote about hotels, spas, restaurants, travel, eco-tourism, sustainability, food, design, beauty, body treatments, and healing environments across Asia and beyond — including National Geographic assignments.
Over time, she realised she had always been asking the same question: What helps a human being feel restored, energised, beautiful, sovereign, connected, and alive?
That question became the foundation of the Vortex Vitality Method™.
Method Philosophy
The body does not usually collapse overnight. It whispers first.
Fatigue. Brain fog. Poor sleep. Inflammation. Digestive issues. Cravings. Anxiety. Burnout. Hormonal disruption. Aches, pains, and loss of vitality.
Vortex Vitality teaches people how to listen earlier.

Teaching & Journalism
Long teaching career spanning English, ESL, SEND, college-level Functional Skills, and international education — including CELTA (Cambridge) and PGDE (University of Hong Kong). Former lifestyle and travel journalist and spa, hotel, body treatment and eco-tourism reviewer. Design, sustainability, scuba diving, and marine conservation background.
Scope of Practice
The Vortex Vitality Method™ is an education and coaching-based approach. It does not diagnose, prescribe medication, treat disease, or replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or specialist clinical care. Where medical or specialist support is needed, clients are encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Vicky's role is to educate, guide, support behaviour change, and help people rebuild the lifestyle foundations that support energy, resilience, vitality, and long-term wellbeing.
